NanoTec

With a measurement range from 10 nm to 2000 µm, the ANALYSETTE 22 NanoTec offers true entry into the nano range. This is achieved through the use of a second laser beam that is directed at the sample from behind, allowing for detection of the back-scattering light.

The patented capability to move the measurement cell within the beam path of the optical system during the measurement also results in a very high number of effective detection channels, which can be over 500 for the NanoTec model, which leads to a correspondingly high number of particle size classes and therefore a very high resolution.

The special shape of the detector combined with intelligent analysis software also allows information to be obtained about the particle shape.

A lower measurement limit of 0.01 µm was achieved through utilisation of back-scattering light. The total measurement range of 0.01 to 1000 µm can be shifted to 15–2000 µm through use of the beam expansion. The zoom function resolves the particle size distribution of the sample in up to 520 measurement channels.

The ANALYSETTE 22 NanoTec is the top model of the FRITSCH laser particle sizer series.

The total measurement range of 0.1 to 1000 µm can be shifted to 15–2000 µm through use of the beam expansion. The zoom function resolves the particle size distribution of a sample in up to 520 measurement channels.

This model of the ANALYSETTE 22 NanoTec contains the module for dry dispersion and can be expanded with the module for wet dispersion or for small volume wet dispersion
