A feedback system allows for constant speed despite changes in viscosity and specific gravity of the material being processed, yielding accurate test data.

Mixing sections are interchangeable with T.K. HOMO MIXER MARK II and T.K. HOMO DISPER (option) depending on the purpose of processing.

Forward and reverse direction allows for powder particles to be emulsified and dispersed evenly and uniformly.

Compared to the conventional T.K. Homo Mixers, the time required to reach a specified particle size has been reduced by 20%.
The mixing section is easy to disassemble and easy to clean.
The newly-developed brushless motor is resistant to dust or dirt causing wear; therefore motor noise is kept to a minimum. The mixing speed is kept constant within the low rpm range.
Variation in particle size is reduced, permitting desired particle dispersion and emulsification.
Handles materials up to 70 Pa·S (70000 mPa·S)
