FOGmaster - Humidity Corrosion Cabinets

These cabinets create very high humidities (>95%RH) at user adjustable temperatures (up to 55°C).
Test panels placed within such an environment will quickly become saturated with condensation – a highly corrosive medium.
Such testing is therefore a useful aid to investigating the behaviour of surface coatings exposed to such conditions e.g. dew formation, during their normal service life.

These cabinets remain the most popular choice for checking the corrosion resistance of surface coatings when exposed to a salt laden environment.

Pinhole / Holiday Detectors

The Sheen Pinhole/Holiday Detectors are designed to be a fully portable test instrument delivering an adjustable stabilised D.C. output voltage of 1kv to 20kv or 2kv to 40kv for the detection of Pinholes, Porosity or Holidays on a wide range of non-conductive dielectric (insulating) coatings and linings.
